Most dentist prices are regulated by the Danish Health Authority - and can therefore be a bit complex.

We want to be transparent and therefore ask you to read this:

• The offer only applies to tenants in the housing complex Unity in Aarhus.
• The gift card is valid for 3 months after your first dental check-up.
• Offers and gift cards can be used at the Godt Smil clinics in Aarhus Østergade, Højbjerg and Risskov.
• The offer includes a basic dental check-up (DKK 188) 2 pcs. X-rays (DKK 240) - X-rays are only taken if there is a need for them.
• Members of the "danmark" health insurance must pay DKK 428 at the clinic - "danmark" will then refund a total of DKK 138 (DKK 70 + DKK 68), so the amount after subsidy will be DKK 290.
• The offer does not include teeth cleaning, which can be purchased additionally for DKK 236 ("danmark" provides a subsidy to members of DKK 105).
• Approx. 8% of the population needs an extended dental check-up - it costs DKK 202 extra ("danmark" provides a subsidy to members of DKK 51 extra).

Gift card of DKK 500.

If there is a need for subsequent dental treatment, you will receive a gift card of DKK 500.

Gift cards cannot be used for dental check-ups, (x-rays), minor fillings or teeth cleaning.

This is due to current legislation in the area. The gift card, on the other hand, can be used for all kinds of treatments with so-called free services.
